Input Sanitization

Before your message reaches the core AI, PII (Personal Identifiable Information) like names and addresses are strictly filtered or masked to ensure anonymization.

Safety Guardrails

A specialized "Supervisor Model" runs in parallel, checking every AI response for harmful advice, bias, or unsafe suggestions. If identified, the response is blocked and regenerated.

Crisis Circuit Breaker

If self-harm or imminent danger intent is detected, Emotria immediately suspends the "Chat Mode" and engages "Crisis Protocol," providing hard-coded emergency resources.

Internal Ethics Council

We don't just police ourselves. Our models are audited quarterly by an external Expert Advisory Council composed of mental health professionals and AI ethics researchers.
